MUNICH, West Germany, March 18
(AP) The federal police arrested. a
security official today why reportedly
leaked:.; secrets involving - President
Nixon and Chancellor Kurt Georg Kies-
ingerto a leftist news magazine:.
A spokesman for the prosecutor's.of--.

Mr. Langemann had been arrested, but

Mr- Langemann was suspended from
his post at his own request after an in-
terview he gave to Frank Heigal was
.published in the March issue of the
Hamburg-based magazine Konkret.
The magazine quoted Mr. Lange.
mann as saying that the West German
intelligence service had an agent infil-
trate the circle close to President Nixon
in 1969 in an effort.to influence himin
.favor of West Germany. Mr. Lange.
mann was also linked to the suppression
of documents about.. the Nazi connec-
