A re- port by, the General Accounting; Office indicates that Mykola Lebed provided intelligence infor- mation to the CIA and that he was brought into the country under an alias. John Loftus, a Rockland. Mass., lawyer and former Justice Department investigator, says Lebed, 75, a Ukranian emigre. Is "arguably the highest-ranking Nazi criminal or collaborator still at large."
