Moynihan to withdraw
'amendment to CIA bill

from his colleagues on the Senate Intelli-
gence Committee; Sen. Daniel P. Moyni-
han (D-N.Y.) said yesterday he would.....

senators to defeat Moynihan's measure.
Saying he "could not hope" to over---
come that kind of opposition, Moynihan
said he would offer and then withdraw
his amendment when a Central Intelli-
gence Agency "oversight" bill comes to
the Senate floor this week.He said he at :
