FORT WORTH, Tex-A state judge
yesterday rebuffed efforts of a British
author to open the grave of Lee Har-
vey Oswald. to find out whether a
Russian'spy,is buried there instead.
"NWnecessity or compelling reason
for the threatened exhumation or au-
topsy: are shown . ,".State District
Court Judge James Wright ruled. "In
short, rumors, speculative theory,
conjecture,, and public curiosity will
