A former official of the Central Intelligence Agency will discuss "Tne
Secret Wars of the CIA, " at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the University of Notre Dame.
John Stockwell served in the National Security Council of the agency before
quitting in 1977.
Stockwell has said the CIA "should be dismantled'' for "the good of the
U.S. and the world." The former agent also accuses the agency of increasing
global tension by supporting military dictatorships and interfering with Third
World countries.
