It's a newsletter, I gather, dedi- cated to putting the Central Intelligence Agency out of business. Early this month, Mr. Wolfe was in Kingston, Jamaica, where he named 15 individuals as CIA agents. He gave home addresses, un- listed phone numbers, and license plate numbers. A couple of days later, the home of a man Mr. Wolfe Identified as the CIA chief of station was; subjected to a gun and bomb attack. There were no injuries. Mr. Wolfe suggested today that the attack may have been staged by the CIA itself. What is the rationale, Mr. Wolfe, for giving homes and addresses and license numbers? LOUIS WOLFE: Well, the reason that we named Mr. Kins- man and 14 other people -- first of all, I should point out that Mr. Kinsman was named by Covert Action Information Bulletin in our October issue. This was not the first time that he had been named -- October 1979. So-it was more than nine months after that point that this Incident happened. We named him and the rest of the people In relation to the fact that a number of jncidents and developments have been happening in Jamaica since 1976. There has been an upsurge of what appears to be a very. fierce destabilization campaign on the part of the CIA against the Jamaican government. We can discuss what forms this program takes. And it is very clear: to us, based on the research that we conducted,,'in Jamaica, that this program Is intended to replace the government, the present gov- ernment, with a new one.
