This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act as
amended (5 U.S.C. #552).
I write to request a copy of all files in the Central Intelligence
Agency indexed or maintained under the following programs and organiza-
tions manySof which -p ep~coonneeccted to Isra h derrlideast related issues,
-.erdt Liberation Project (N.Y.City 1967-72).
-Radical Zionist Alliance (natl 1968-72).
-International Conference of Socialist-Zionists
(at Kibbutz Gezer, Israel,-1971).
-Boston Zionist Federation/New England Zionist Federation (1972-75
-American Zionist Federation
-Yom Kippur War Crisis Committee of the Jewish Community
Relations Council of Greater Boston (1973).
-Mid-East PROBE, (newsletter issued out of Boston during
the Yom Kippur War of 1973).
-"Dor Hemshech" (Transitional Generation) Program of the
World Zionist Organization (1972-1973).
As you know the amended Act provides that if some parts of
these files are exempt from release that "reasonable se~regable"
portions shall be provided. I therefore request that, if you determine
that some portions of the requested information are exempt, you pro-
vide me immediately with a copy of the remainder of the file. I of
course, reserve my right to appeal any such decisions. It would be
appreciated if you would also inform me of the number of pages on
each of the above subjects which you maintain files on.
If you determine that some or all of the requested information
is exempt from release, I would appreciate your advising me as to
which exemption(s) you believe covers the information which you are
not releasing.
