I was not surprised but, nonetheless, delighted when I read
a copy of your most recent Performance Appraisal Report. You can
be very proud of the fact that upon being assigned to one of the
most demanding MG positions in the Headquarters area, you have
performed in a manner that can be equalled only by he very best
of the long-term MG careerists. I know this is the result of a
lot of hard work and effort on your part, and OTE as well as
your NPIC supervisors appreciates all you have done.
