is unable to identify a registry position
We
only have two people in our registry at
this time and one is
designated the Records Management Officer. This leaves only one
individual responsible for providing registry services for all of
OTE.

3. Even though we believe a consolidated registrY operation is
the ideal, we do not believe that we can take a person away from our
current operation without creating major problems in ongoing
activities.
