The CIA is going to be revitalized under Reagan. The new team
he has chosen to run it is top-notch and can get funds to do the job.
Reagan wants it rebuilt and strengthened. . .its low morale rejuvenated.
He believes good intelligence is fundamental to a sound foreign policy,
so after years of denigration, the CIA is coming out of the doghouse.
