RESULTS OF THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF THE M.O.P.R.
Article by M. Minkov.
The First International Conference of the M.O.P.R.
has ended its work. One of the most important ants of
the Conference was the acceptance of the international
Constitution of the M.O.P.R., which converts the M.O.P.R.
into a mass nnn--party class organization of laborers,
pursuing the aim of rendering material and moral help to
the fighters of the revolution-victims of terror and

the Conference outlined a number of measures for the
protection of political emigrants. Special attention
was paid also to the questions of agitation and propa-
ganda and the utilization of press, cinema., theatres
and proletarian organizations for the "deepening of the
ideas of the M.O.P.R."
All resolutions of the Conferenoe are directed to-
wards crushing with a united proletarian front the yoke
and oppression of world capital. It can be stated with
complete confidence that the First International Conferenoe
will become a uniting center around which will rally the
laboring masses of the entire world of the cause of relief
o~f prisoners of capital.
The international proletariat impersonated in the
international Conference laid the foundation of an inter-
national class non-party organization, which will inevitabl y
become one of the detachments of the international revolu-
tionary army under the banner of the Communist International.
