On Thursday, 10 May, the Executive Director testified before the House Goverrnnent Operations Subcommittee on Goverrm-ent Information, Justice and Agriculture on our FOIA legislation. Chairman Glenn English (D., OK) and Subcommittee Members Thomas Kindness (R., OH), Tam Lewis (R., FL) and Gerald Kleczka (D., WI) were present. Subcommittee staff have called today to thank us for appearing and to report that our testimony and our responses to the Subcommittee questions were well received. 2. On Wednesday, 16 May, you and John McMahon are scheduled to host a breakfast meeting for Senate Select Committee on Intelligence Members at 8:00 a.m. in your Dining Roam. Senators scheduled.to attend are: Daniel Moynihan, Jake Garn, John Chafee and Malcolm Wallop. I will join you. 3. On Wednesday, 16 May, at 2:00 p.m. John McMahon is scheduled to appear before the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence to testify on narcotics trafficking.
