Thank'you very much for your February 17 letter.
I have looked at your very thoughtful proposal for
a study on the effect of the FOIA on the Agency and have
had it examined by various concerned components. As you
know, efforts to get a relief bill through the Congress
are well under way. Therefore, our legislative people do
not have an immediate need for such a study. Other
concerned components likewise have said that such a study
would not serve.any of their immediate needs.

interest in the Agency and wish you luck for the future.
