Dear Mr. Chairman:
You requested, via letter dated 2 February 1984, infor-
mation regarding implementation of the Central Intelligence
Agency (CIA) Spouses' Retirement Equity Act. We responded
to your request via return letter dated 17 February 1984.
We also advised you that it would take us some number of
weeks to complete the one remaining unsatisfied task, that
of performing a declassification review of the personal
history "vignettes" of several ex-spouses of CIA employees
or annuitants.
We have now completed the declassification review of the
personal history "vignettes." One cop
declassified "vignettes" is enclosed.
