SUBJECT: SSCI Testimony - 26 April 1984
For tomorrow's testimony I will need a tab on the Oversight
Act of 1980. Sometime over the last week or so the General Counsel's
office did provide me with a memorandum, copies of the statute and
the language of the congressional report on the Oversight Act which
may be all I need, but see what else might be useful--interpretations
and correspondence expressing the positions on compliance taken by the
Agency before the Committees.
