This is in response to your letter of 1 October with
enclosures from regarding a flyer she
believes was produced by the Central Intelligence Agency.
Please advise your constituent that it is the policy of
the Central Intelligence Agency to neither confirm nor deny
allegations of Agency activities. The goal of this policy is
to ensure the protection of national security information by
remaining silent on all allegations of Agency activity, true
and false alike.
I am sorry that we cannot be more helpful to you in this
regard.
