SUBJECT: OGC Yellow Pages
1. The undersigned has been tasked with preparing a draft
copy of an OGC quick reference guide, or OGC "yellow pages," if
you will. The Office of Logistics has already prepared such a
document for their office, and it. has generated favorable
response from users. It has also turned out to be a very handy
quick reference guide for internal use within the Office of
Logistics, providing new OL people with information about
various components and the particular functions they perform.
2. Attached to this memorandum is an alphabetical listing
of OGC topics which might appear in our yellow pages booklet.
The list has been prepared from those subject areas identified
in Clearly, however, that list is not comprehensive and STAT
does not include many of the areas of OGC expertise or involve-
ment. I would, therefore, appreciate a few minutes of your time
to identify:
(1) those areas which are not included in this list but
should be; and
(2) those items which you feel deserve some explanatory
comments to better assist the users of the book.
After receipt of your comments, I will prepare a second draft
and meet with each division and Associate Deputy General Counsel
to further discuss each topic and how it should be listed.
