SUBJECT: 30 April Dinner for John McMahon
Attached is a list of Members who have accepted. Although
we must avoid appearing obvious or orchestrated, there are
issues worth raising but only if a natural opportunity arises:
You' may have an opportunity to raise some of these points
with Senators Cohen and Hecht or with Representatives Stokes,
Beilenson, Daniel, Dwyer, Ireland and McEwen. Hecht, Daniel,
Ireland and McEwen are already favorable. Cohen is doubtful.
Stokes, Beilenson and Dwyer are opposed.
The Director and DDCI will handle these issues if
appropriate with Durenberger, Leahy, Hamilton and Stump. Other
Members attending are not on our committees.
