SUBJECT: Lunch with Dave Holliday on 11 June
Holliday said that both he and Dykstra had commitments from
their respective Senators to be majority and minority staff
directors depending on the outcome of the election. He also
said that Boren and Cohen wanted the staff cut to between 30 and
35. They would keep the designee system, but some designees
would have to be double hatted as professional staffers.
