Per your request, we have reviewed the subject proposed testimony, which
was forwarded to us by Reference, and have no objections or comments. We
believe that the Agency's equities have been protected as a result of the
revisions of the proposed legislation which resulted from the Agency's initial
objections to it, and we find nothing in the proposed testimony which
undercuts that result.
