Views Letters
1. On February 24, 1986, Brandon Blum, Legislative
Analyst, Office of Management and Budget (Of?_B) returned my
previous calls on the captioned matter.
2. I informed him that the Agency had no objection to the
views. letters of the Departments~of Justice and State on E.R.
3321, immigration codification legislation. I indicated that
in fact the Agency supported the Justice letter as it supported
the point concerning Section 7 of the Central Intelligence
Agency Act of 1949 which had been made in the Agency's views
