1. The following funds and positions are being transferred to
your component, based on reference Memorandum of Understanding, for
inclusion in your FY 88 budget estimates submission:

We have attached for
25X1 being transferred.
2. This office will continue to manage the total operating budget
for the Computer Security Group for the remainder of FY 86. Effective
25X1 FY 87, your office will be responsible for the management of the funds
and positions transferred herein.
3. Based on reference, we understand you will provide OIT six (6)
positions and funds on 1 January 1987 which will form the nucleus of
the Operations and Engineering Branch. On 1 January 1988, you will
25X1 provide and staff the remaining positions to form an OIT Security
Group compliment of 13 positions.
