Operations
1. On 30 August 1986, the Agency will activate a new S TU-II
(KY-71) interface that will facilitate secure voice calls to
remote KY-71 terminals from the HQS-based Secure Voice Network.
Upon activati lls to KY-71's can be made without operator
intervention.
-4. A copy of detailed call procedures can be obtained in
room 1C6207 Headquarters. Customers may also obtain additional
information by calling the Secure Voice Telephone Operator by
dialing ("0").
