The attached memorandum makes request for a representation to the NCWG. In discussion with Chief COMSEC Division, OC, it was recognized that the representative would be required to cover all security aspects including Physical Security, COMSEC, and COMPUSEC. We decided it would be advisable to approach the office of Security, to determine the representation preferences of the office. While the total security needs extend be d Technical Security, the bulk of the work would fall into that domain. 2. The representative could be from any of the offices: OIT (Engineering Services Group), OC (COMSEC Division), and OS. The day-to-day project management responsibilities rests with OIT. The resource management commitment required by the last sentence of paragraph two in the attachment, would indicate an OIT representative as a practical solution. Please note that I have support to COMSEC and other project aspects being provided by a rotatee from COMSEC Division. Please advise. I can be reached on cc: C/COMSEC Division, OC Attachment: As Stated Sanitized Copy Approved for Release 2011/06/22 : CIA-RDP90GO0993R000200070005-3 Sanitized Copy Approved for Release 2011/06/22 : CIA-RDP90GO0993R000200070005-3 OIT/FO~ Distribution: Original to Addressee 1 - OIT/FO 1 - OIT/Chrono 2 - OIT Registry 1 - C/COMSEC/OC Sanitized Copy Approved for Release 2011/06/22 : CIA-RDP90GO0993R000200070005-3 Sanitized Copy Approved for Release 2011/06/22 : CIA-RDP90GO0993R000200070005-3 Sanitized Copy Approved for Release 2011/06/22 : CIA-RDP90GO0993R000200070005-3 Sanitized Copy Approved for Release 2011/06/22 : CIA-RDP90 i C AiR 1986 O C - a~'p73 -F4 Chief, Engineering Division, OC SUBJECT: MERCURY Operational and Architectural Concepts Paper 1.
