1. This is to express my sincere appreciation and thanks to the OIT
Careerists who worked on the Employee Benefits Statement (EBS). The EBS was a
monumental task which presented unique and unanticipated problems throughout
the developmental and production stages. In every instance, the OIT employees
responded with timely and creative solutions. Without their considerable
efforts the project would not have been successful. Each of them should take
pride in knowing they personally contributed towards the overwhelming success
of the Employee Benefits Statement.
