The program came off flawlessly, due in a significant part to your staff. 2. Your people worked throughout the holiday weekend to install telephones at the press stage area and backup telephones in the Auditorium. They coordinated live video coverage in the cafeteria with OIR and P&PD to STAT ensure employees could participate in the ceremony even if they could not attend it in person. OIT personnel provided the public address system in the cafeteria which the Vice President and Judge Webster used for their remarks, and they worked closely with the White House Communications Agency personnel on every aspect of White House and related press communica- tions needs.
