Ted Green, has invited you once again to meet with 200 high school students who have been chosen to attend the 48th annual Junior Statesmen Summer School in Washington. The meeting will be in the Old Executive Office Building, either 20 July or 2 August, for 30 minutes sometime between 9:30 a.m, and 4:00 p.m., to be arranged at your convenience. As you recall, you spoke to the Junior Statesmen group in 1985. Since we deferred the invitation last year to Academic Coordinator I suggest that we again ask him to handle it this year. You are already scheduled on 20 July for your portrait unveiling at the FBI and you have vacation plans for 2 August. If you agree, I have attached a letter of regret for your signature.
