SUBJECT: Presentation of Agency Seal Medallion
1. Action: That you approve the recommendation contained in
paragraph 3.
2. Background: Recently, the Executive Director approved our
proposal that four of the Intelligence Community's contractors be
awarded the Agency Seal Medallion.
In view of the number of individuals involved and their contributions
to the Intelligence Community, I believe that the Seal Medallions should be
presented by you. If possible I believe it would also be appropriate
for these individuals to be introduced to the DCI. We have tentatively
set up September 18 or 19, 1986 as mutually acceptable dates among the
recipients for the presentations.
3. Recommendation: That you present the Agency Seal Medallion to
the four above named individuals.
