effort to speed the education of new Members of our oversight
committees. You may recall that we discussed several portions
of it six months ago, and you authorized the inclusion of two
items sourced to you (see "Future Trends" and "Interaction with
Policymakers").
"Readings in Intelligence" incorporates the comments of the
four deputy directors.
With your approval, I plan to send copies to the oversight
committees for new Members and new staffers.
