Publications to Support INF Ratification
The Senate Foreign Relations Committee has written to the Vice
President, in his capacity as President of the Senate, with a
request for the following intelligence publications to support
the INF Treaty ratification process:

responsible and, consistent with its congressional liaison
policies and procedures, provide a copy of the documents, as
appropriate, to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee as soon as
possible. Your transmittal memoranda should cite the Committee's
letter to the Vice President dated November 30, 1987.
Please notify this office when you have sent the documents to
Congress. Be sure to note any negative or alternative responses
and the supporting rationale. Your attention to this issue will
be appreciated.
