This is to confirm our telecon of 15 July re the menu for
the 29 July visit of our senior officers to SSCI. The menu is
to consist of baked chicken breast with lemon sauce, salad,
vegetable, iced tea and peach melba. We are also interested in
arranging, if feasible, to have coffee available in SHOB-219
during the Staff's presentation there. We will, of course,
defray the expense of the coffee as well as the luncheon bill.
We are planning for approximately 35 people for lunch,
including about 3 guests from SSCI staff and the Chairman and
Vice Chairman if they are available.
