Congressional Oversight Committees copies of the "Memorandur? of
Understanding between the CIA and the FBI Regarding Activities
of Present or Former. CIA Officers or Employees that are of
Counterintelligence Concern."
Copies of the Memorandum have been provided to both the
Senate and House Intelligence Committees.
