House Intelligence Committee
I telephoned Tom Latimer to advise that the sensitive
subject concerning which the Director was waiting for an
appointment with the Chairman and Vice Chairman related to
I said that I was

learned that Chairman Pell of the Senate Foreign Relations
Committee had been briefed by another agency and I wanted to be
certain that the Intelligence Committees were aware that the
Director was waiting for appointments to brief on the same
subject.
