1. Following Following your briefing at the Office of Management and Budget
7 July 1988, one of the OMB examiners asked

this office, to request from you the names of the offices with which you will
be working as you proceed with the establishment of the Security Evaluation
Office (SEO). The OMB examiner explained that he would use such a list to
assure that SEO was being properly supported by asking the identified offices
about their working relationships with you during various budget hearings,
reviews and meetings throughout the budget cycle. The examiner opined that
this office could also benefit from this information for the same purpose.
I agree and ask that you provide to OMB and to me a list of the offices
throughout the Intelligence Community and beyond if appropriate with whom you
expect to interact in carrying out your mission.
