SUBJECT: Request for Certificates of Appreciation (U)
1. Within the next few weeks the DCI Security Forum will experience some
changes in membership due to retirements and reassignments. It is our intent
to recognize the departing officers with a token of our gratitude for their
participation and supporting actions on behalf of their organizations in
carrying out the functions of the Forum. The departing officers are
identified below with brief descriptive data relative to each.

SUBJECT: Request for Certificates of Appreciation (U)
2. It is requested that a Certificate of Appreciation from the Director,
Intelligence Community Staff, to each of these officers be prepared for
presentation at the 18 July 1988 meeting of the DCI Security Forum. Our
intent is for General Beyea, as Chairman of the Forum, to make the
presentations on behalf of General Heinz.
