Per our conversation last week, I hope you find the attached matrix
useful. Although it is still an interim product, relevant Service and
U&S Command comments received to date are included.
The matrix shows the critical problems Defense will face, including
START, and provides an assessment of how well various systems are
expected to perform against these needs. Only the highest priority gaps
in each category are shown.
Final approval of the matrix is expected soon.
