understanding on Monday relating to
oral reporting procedures regarding
sensitive proprietaries.
2. You would like Chairman Stokes
to inform Mike O'Neil that CIA will be
sending Mike a brief paragraph outlining
reporting procedures for especially
sensitive proprietaries.
Russ Bruemmer and I will be showing
you the "procedures" for your final
approval. We will not send them to
Mike until we get your okay.
