IBIS CORPORATION- .
131 ELDEN STREET. SUITE 200
HERNDON. VIRGINIA 22070
Mr. Ray Huffstutler
Deputy Director for Administration
Central Intelligence Agency
Washington, D.C. 20505
Dear Mr. Huffstutler:
As you may be aware, IBIS Computer Systems, a small networking and connectivity
company based in Herndon, Virginia, is currently working with Office of
Information Technology to connect local area networks of personal computers to
IBM mainframes and an assortment of mini-computers. Additionally, we are
working closely with the National Security Agency and the Department of
Defense. As a result of this work and our proficiency in the computer arena,
we have experience working in environments that require connectivity between
tempest computers as well as standard commercially available computer products.
With the multitude of hardware and software used at the Central Intelligence
Agency, I believe that IBIS could assist in streamlining and integrating
existing systems. Additionally, our expertise could be utilized in supplying
and installing new, updated systems as well as in providing training.

Knowing how difficult it can be to find local, experienced firms with the
appropriate security clearances, IBIS is an ideal candidate for the future
computer needs of the CIA and would like to grow to be a larger supplier of
networking to the CIA over the next few years. We welcome any assistance you
can provide in helping achieve that goal.
Sincerely,
Peter K ley
