Dear Mr. Donnelly:
Thank you very much for your letter dated December 1, 1987.
I can well understand why your selection process should remain firmly
under your staff's control.
However, because I am so convinced that my projective technique
can assist along with your other procedures in improving selection, I
would like the opportunity to fly to Washington to discuss this matter
with you. I have been working on this projective technique for more than
30 years and have learned a great deal more about its predictive capability
than at the time of its original development. For patriotic reasons, I
would be willing to release this instrument to your staff.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
PC/el
Sincerely,
11/
Paul Chernuchin, Ph. D.
