To Tier I and Tier II Agency Liaisons for a Drug-Free Federal Workplace
This memorandum is to alert you to publication in the April 11 FEDERAL
REGISTER, Part IV, of the final Mandatory Guidelines for Federal Workplace
Drug Testing Programs in accordance with Executive Order 12564 and Pub. L.
100-71. As soon as they are delivered here, this office will make available
to you multiple copies of the Guidelines.
This benchmark document will facilitate our continued efforts to implement
Federal Agency programs to provide a drug-free workplace, and I look forward
to our future work together towards that goal .
