1. This is to confirm my earlier invitation to you to address the
fourth session of this year's running of the DCI Seminar. As in the past
two years, the main purpose of the Seminar is to broaden participants
perspectives by delving into management issues_to_which they,might_pot_
otherwise be exposed.ri-woulde you totalk_ about -a subjeCt-near:and

you-took overNPIC, what you tried to do about them, how things were going
when yOU,leftandHthe problems you left for your successor.
2. The Seminar session itself is scheduled to run for up to two hours,
but I suggest that you talk for about 45 minutes, leaving the rest of the
time for questions and discussion. The session is scheduled to start at
1500 on Wednesday, 27 April, in the DCI Conference Room (7D64). For your
background, I have attached a roster of this year's participants and a list
of this year's topics and speakers.
