1. (SWN) SIGNIFICANCE: AFTER A HIATUS OF APPROXIMATELY TWO YEARS,
PROBABLE SILO CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION HAS RESUMED AT LAUNCH
SITE 4E.
2. (SWN) REMARKS: THE SILO DOORS ARE OPEN, AND AN ENVIRONMENTAL
CANOPY COVERS THE SILO APERTURE. A TRUCK-MOUNTED CRANE IS NEAR
THE SILO APERTURE, AND EVIDENCE OF NEW TRENCHING IS OBSERVED IN
THE IMMEDIATE AREA. THIS ABM SILO LACKS THE HEADWORKS
NECESSARY FOR IT TO BE A LAUNCH-CAPABLE SILO.
