2. (SWN) REMARKS: APPROXIMATELY 120 SA-3 SURFACE-TO-AIR MISSILE
SUSTAINER CANISTERS ARE IN A HOLDING AREA ADJACENT TO THE
NEARBY HAI PRONG BARRACKS AREA DAON XA F_ I THE 25X1
CANISTERS WERE PROBABLY PRESENT, BUT UNIDENTIFIABLE, ON
THE CANISTERS WERE NOT PRESENT ON 25X1
WHEN A SOVIET LENINSKIY KOMSOMOL-CLASS MERSHIP
WAS OBSERVED AT THE PORT FACILITY INVOLVED IN THE DELIVERY OF
AMPHIBIOUS TANKS, AMPHIBIOUS TRACTORS, POSSIBLE ELECTRONICS
VANS, AND TRUCKS.
