LAUNCHES. THE APRONS OF THE THREE .ABOVE GROUND LAUNCHERS ARE
SLIGHTLY DARKENED, AND A PROBABLE EMPTY GALOSH CANISTER ON A
TRANSPORTER IS NEXT TO LAUNCH POSITION Cl. LAUNCH POSITIONS Cc
AND C3 HAVE BEEN RELOADED, AND THE CANISTERS ARE ELEVATED TO
THE LAUNCH AZIMUTH, INDICATING THAT THEY ARE LOADED AND READY
FOR LAUNCH. THE ENVIRONMENTAL COVER IS OPEN AT THE OPTICAL
TRACKER ASSOCIATED WITH LAUNCH COMPLEX B, ALSO INDICATING AN
IMPENDING LAUNCH. (S6JN)
LAUNCH COMPLEX B IS THE RESEARCH/DEVELOPDIENT AND CREW TRAINING
LAUNCH COMPLEX F'OR THE GALOSH ABM SYSTEM. THE LAST LAUNCH
PRIOR OF AN ABM 1B GALOSH WAS FROM SILO C5 .IN EARLY
JUNE 1983. (SWN)
