2. (SWN) REMARKS: A CLAM SHELL LOW-LEVEL ACQUISITION RADAR IS
MOUNTED ON AN ERECTED TET ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE GUIDANCE
AREA NEAR THE CENTER OF THE SA-5 COMPLEX. THE TET IS PROBABLY
ONE OF THE TWO SEEN AT N OLAYEV PORT FACILITIES SOUTH (BE

ACTIVITY AT THE DUMAYR SA-5 COMPLEX SHOWS THE TALL KING AND THE
ODD GROUP RADAR ROTATING, INDICATING THAT THEY ARE NOW
OPERATIONAL; THAT AT LEAST TWO NEW SA-7 FIRING REVETMENTS ARE
NEAR THE SOUTH EDGE OF THE LAUNCH AREA, AND THAT THE SUPPORT
EQUIPMENT NEAR THE SUPPORT AREA IS NOW NET COVERED.
