1. As per your verbal request of 14 Dedeviber I have had prepared
the -attached brief r.emeranclizatIbiah points upaspects of photographio.

2. As I nontioned to you it is not possible at the present tine
to m!:e a critical scientific cc arisen of the processing nerfomance
at both locations. It was suggeeted that for some future nicsion one-
half of the unprocossed photographic negative material be forwarded to
E.X. for processing and the other half be processed at URPIC and UPT'IO 1
or both.

own story and the remarks in the attached meMorandum have been keyed to
