1. Attached is a summary of the obligations, commitments
and expenditures in FAN 81-2000, New Headquarters Building
(NHE) Construction for September 1987 (Attachment A). For
FY 84, a credit expense of $58,038 was recorded representing
correction of an erroneous payment made to GSA. Additionally,
$25,000 was'decommited and $9,253.80 was obligated for the
2. For FY 85, expenditures of $11,934,924, $126,277 and
$544,383 were recorded for Bid Packages 2, 3 and 4
respectively. Expenses of $603.49 and $811.18 were recorded
for Balmar blueprints and $7,771 was expended for electric and
chilled water service. Obligations with appropriate
decommitments were recorded as follows: $161,555 for the RF
Shield, $58,963 to extend three conduit banks into the NHP,
$897,541 for expansion of the cafeteria, and $27,426 and
$70,000 for the PASS project. Finally, commitments of $7,000
9,825 were processed for installation of conduit banks.
