We have carefully reviewed reference A and appreciate the fact that
you have requirements that were not included in the original design of your
space. However, in view of reference B request to move your Collection
Group (CG) out of your space in the New Headquarters Building (NHB), we
believe the space currently allocated to you will be sufficient to
incorporate reference A requirements. We realize that some redesign of the
space may be required. In this regard, the Facilities Management Division
(FMD), OL, will be in contact with you to review your total requirements to
determine what, if any, modifications will be made to your space in the
NHB. If modifications are required, they will be accomplished after
Government acceptance of the NHB.
