Monthly Report of Obligations and
Expenditures - December 1986

1. Attached is a summary of the obligations, commitments
and expenditures in FAN 81-2000, New Headquarters Building
Construction, for December 1986 (Attachment A). This report
reflects an expenditure of $470.40 for Balmar blueprints
against FY 1984 funds and an adjustment of $948.32 transferring
costs for Balmar blueprints from FY 1984 to FY 1985.
2. Transactions for FY 1985 for Balmar blueprints include
the following: an adjustment of $948.32, an expenditure of
$477.92 and an obligation of $1,543.01. An expenditure of
$186,309.06 was recorded for carpet tiles purchased from
Bigelow Huega for use in the New Headquarters Building.
Expenditures of $5,423.44 and $6,418.28 identified as Allied
Maintenance represent costs of renovating the PASS Operations
Center. During December, a commitment of $500,000 was recorded
against FY 1985 for the cafeteria expansion and a commitment of
$176,845 for the RF Shield and COMSEC services from Atlantic
Research Corporation.
3. The monthly Open Obligation Activity Report (OOAR) and
the Open Commitment Activity Report (OCAR) for this FAN as of
31 December 1986 are provided as Attachment B. The Status of
Allotments Report for the period ending 31 December 1986 is
Attachment C.
