Reference requested guidance regarding the level of physical
security required in certain areas of the New Headquarters Building prior
to beneficial occupancy. Early access to those areas is required for the
installation of computer equipment and the installation of wiring for that
equipment as well as secure and non-secure communications and alarm systems.
